Papas a la huancaina is my favorite one and I would like to share the recipe with you, if you want to try it and it only takes 20 minutes to prepare the ingredients and 1 hour in general.

    Appetizers

                                               Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe is an appetizer combining two vegetables Spinach and Mushrooms together. Its very healthy for your organism because most of the ingredients are vegetables and we need them in our body. I ate something similar to this recipe at a restaurant at Miami, Florida called China Grill, instead of spinach it had leek. Its a little bit complicated but I could try something new and improve my cooking skills with something harder than what I cook everyday. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare everything and 25 minutes to cook, so go ahead and try it!
