Sushi!

Sushi is one of the easiest meal in the world to prepare. California roll might be one of the most popular sushi rolls. Since typical sushi rolls are rolled in nori seaweed, many people tend to have hard time to bite sushi rolls. This is one reason that california rolls are made inside-out, so it's easy to bite. I hope you are able to prepare California Rolls and enjoy of this delicious sushi rolls!





Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sushi rice

  • 4 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)

  • 1 avocado (sliced)

  • 3/4 cup crab meat

  • 2 Tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Instructions:
     1. Peel an avocado and cut it into strips or mash it
     2. Put imitation crab in a bowl and mix with salt and mayonnaise
     3. Cover a bamboo mat with plastic wrap and put a sheet of dried seaweed on top of the mat
     4. Spread about 1 cup of sushi rice on top of the seaweed and press firmly
     5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the sushi rice
     6. Turn the sushi layer over so that the seaweed is on top
     7. Place avocado and crab horizontally on the seaweed
     8. Roll the bamboo mat forward, pressing the ingredients inside the cylinder-shaped sushi
     9. Press firmly the bamboo mat with hands, then remove the rolled sushi
    10. Cut the sushi roll into bite-size pieces
