Steak along with Port Wine Sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Meat
- 50ml of Port Wine
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- Thyme Leaf
- First heat the pan on a medium high heat and place the 2 tablespoons of butter heating.
- Grab the 1 pound of meat and pour some Thyme.
- Cook the meat and wait until it is cooked.
- Pour some of the Port Wine into the pan with the Tenderloin Meat and it will have a little flame but the alcohol will evaporate.
- It is ready to be served, serve Warm.
This recipe was invented by my grandmother. My father learned to do it before she died and I have to learn it too so when I have children I can teach them how to cook this delicious and sophisticated plate. I will be posting more recipes each day!
